I went for a short break (healing) and had a stay in this hotel. Everything about the hotel is great except I really hate the lifts. There were two lifts, but only one was functioning. The best part is the lift is so slow like a snail. Imagine you have to wait like forever just to get into the lift. Surely the management needs to do something with the lift. The room was great and spacious, however the air cond wasn't cold enough. I wish they could get a new air cond. There is a mini bar provided, and you have an indoor ironing facility which is great. Also there's a small fridge for you to keep your drinks cold. I had a room with a balcony which offered a great view of the sea.
came here just to eat the buffet...very worth it with nice views, cozy place and a lot of a variety of dishes...affdorable price..service is very good and all workers and staff is very friendly and helpfull, the best thing is we can go swimming after eating, will definitely come back again...very enjoying during wekeend
Premium Deluxe Seaview room give u uninterrupted sea view from your room, u got brfast and. TV with Netflix for premium room, with bath tub and larger room and this deposit of rm100. I stayed on other room with partial sea view with no deposit. Still nice view of sea from balcony. Better view than other hotels in gurney and bt feringghi
Worth the money I paid, it's not luxurious hotel but better than most average hotels. Like the Balcony view and I spent comfortable nights with my 2 kids. The only issue is, the parking lots, quite limited. Everything else, were fine. Sure, will visit again.
The rooms were okay. We entered the toilet and the bathroom sink was covered in tiny flies. Called the management and someone came to spray the sink. The next morning the sink was covered in the flies larvae. The drainage in the bathroom where the shower is the water didn't go down fast enough. So where the shower was it was overflowing. I don't know if it was the sand from the sea or if it was blocked. Please do be careful when you leave your food outside as there are crows waiting to take your food. Apart from these issues it was a pleasant stay.
Quite new refurbished hotels , room was okay , nice view but during heavy rain the rooms balcony was like mini pool. During my visits there was no water. I have mentioned the front desk staff earlier at 630am. They told me the maintenance staffs will only be there at 7am. The whole hotel was no water. The problem resolved at 10am
Nice place to stay with family. Good location, nearby to most places. Breakfast was good. Overall enjoyed our seats there.
